Integrity, purpose, creativity, and empathy shape the way I work. These aren't just words—they’re the foundation of everything I create.

I have always thrived in creative spaces, with people who dare to dream and whose ideas are outside of the box. My strength is in collaboration and developing strategic partnerships which have created many opportunities, long-term professional relationships and helped to produce some of my best work. I also believes in giving back to my community, to Springfield, where she was born and raised with a spirit of community service and the importance of supporting my fellow neighbor. We rise by lifting others so she continues to live by the Dr. Seuss quote, “Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better, it’s not”. This quote has helped fuel my passion for creativity, for making a difference in my community and continuing to develop myself as an exceptional leader.

I currently serve as the Coordinator of Culture, Belonging and Educational Equity for the Lower Pioneer Valley Educational Collaborative (LPVEC).

My role is to work closely with superintendents, administrators, teachers, staff and students from the LPVEC’s member districts. I am responsible for developing new programs and practices that effectively increase diversity and provide support to various groups within the organization. As the CBEE Coordinator, I provide strategic support for initiatives and programs that support inclusion and equitable access for individuals from historically excluded communities.
